Rocket Events is pleased to announce that Gopi Menon, Rocket’s principle and Operations Director, has received the prestigious Singapore Entrepreneur of the Year award for 2010. This award is given to an entrepreneur who exhibits the abilities and values that has afforded Singapore its reputation as a global leader in business. Gopi started with Rocket 7 years ago when Rocket was a fledgling player in events management. Under his direction and alongside his partner, mentor and best friend, the late Paul Hodgetts, Gopi has built Rocket into a significant player in Events – from fledgling to fabulous, Rocket has built a reputation for creating WOW level events. “All I have done is try to please our clients”, Gopi said. “This award is very special and quite unexpected. It indicates that the work we have put forth for our clients has been recognized and appreciated. 15/07/2010 - Rocket Events, a boutique creative house specialising in the conceptualisation, design and production of live events, publicly re-launched its new upgraded Corporate Identity on the 1st of July 2010 along with major updates to the Rocket website. With the launch of the identity, Rocket Events brings its brand and corporate image to a further level of consistency after the website and corporate identity was first introduced a short time ago.
