Nick Coffill / Cultural Planning and Museum Design
Nick has formally trained as a theatre designer at NIDA and has been working in museum planning, exhibition design, heritage management and theatre and television design for twenty years.
Having worked on projects in Doha, Beijing, Toronto, Tel Aviv, London, Sydney, Shanghai, Amsterdam, Kuala Lumpur, Auckland and Singapore among others, Nick's experience ranges from leading planning workshops, researching new storylines and building interactive museum exhibitions and visitor centers.
He builds strategic partnerships between the tourism, heritage and government authorities that concentrate on the unique experiences that museums provide; multiple stories using authentic artifacts that represent the breadth of the human experience. He takes the rich history of a community and re-presents them in new media, materials and technology.
Constantly touring, he works in-house with clients to create exciting partnerships that have lasting benefits for the host organisation and their audiences. Nick welcomes the opportunity to partner with Rocket when his skills are required for an event.
